I'm Heiki...
I work in Marketing & advertising (both as a free-lance & for a Company), and, because of this, I have an erudite grasp of selling businesses to consumers/a variety of target audiences.

I do this by establishing an individual tone that compliments each brand I work with, meticulously crafting content that is mindfully tailored & that appeals to each specific consumer-base & through designing visually appealing graphics (vector & hand-drawn work) that draws the attention of the viewer - correctly.

I have always taken a keen interest in the emotional impact of words on readers - this correlates to what I studied (English Literature, Language, Politics etc) - and I believe, partly because of that & my interest in general psychology, I specifically thrive in writing & creating content that invites people to explore further.
​
I very quickly found that I also enjoyed doing what I do in real life in Minecraft - particularly within the multi-player Community (I am also an avid fan of the game because of how relaxing I find it).
I began by doing hand-drawn commissions within the various separate Communities, as it was a good way for me to explore non-vector design (something I had not been trained in).

I have worked on a few servers in Marketing positions (the majority being semi-dedicated, never full-time because of work & studies, thus why the list is not 'enormous'); I soon discovered that the very same principles of Marketing in 'real-life,' apply in Minecraft, because the Communities very much emulate real-life corporations & jobs (in my opinion, it also provides a good platform to build skills that can be later used in life).

I've also owned numerous servers across the years, so have expertise in everything relevant to Server Ownership (recruitment, organisation, creating graphics, formulating ideas & creating 'schemes,' to keep players invested), but I've never been able to fully dedicate myself to any of them - hence the future project where I intend to do that.
​
Part of my work is to grow/create content that appeals to people on Social Media, specifically Instagram, which I think is a heavily, heavily neglected aspect in the Minecraft server Community, especially considering the consumer base on there (although it is a redundant tool unless utilised properly).
I love to work with foundations of Minecraft servers & help them reach their potential - commercially - & I also wholly dedicate myself to dedicated positions (I invest myself in things quickly).
